Vessels for Milk Processing

purpose: fermentation of cultures milk foods, preparation of production barm, cream ripening.
design: for operation at atmospheric pressure and overpressure
Sterile air (in the "ultra clean" lines)

  • frame-blade, anchor and asymmetrically arranged UZ-blade mixing devices
  • set of sensors in aseptic design
  • sampling membrane valve in aseptic design
  • system of safety valves (three-valve), effectively protecting the vessel from evacuation due to thermal shock (for the “ultra clean” design)
  • CIP system for cleaning the internal surface of the vessel and the mixing device

Buffer and mixing vessels with a volume up to 30 m3
purpose: the recovery and normalization of milk, the preparation of milk and vegetable mixtures, the intermediate storage of dairy products
design: for operation at atmospheric pressure and overpressure of sterile air (in "ultracapline" lines)
accessories:

  • propeller mixing devices and mixing turbines
  • set of sensors in hygienic / aseptic design
  • sampling valve in hygienic / aseptic design
  • safety valve system
  • CIP system for cleaning the internal surface of the tank and the mixing device

Auxiliary vessel with a volume up to 50 m3
purpose: storage of solutions in CIP stations, work in other process lines
design and accessories: in accordance with the technology of production of a specific product.
