During the design stage our specialists together with specialists of the Client work at specific requirements on brewery performance. After inspection and in accordance with Client’s desire draft proposal is prepared.

Preliminary budget of the project is prepared on the basis of a draft proposal. The budget includes preliminary process diagram, the list of the process equipment, estimated cost of pipelines, electric equipment, automation, assembly, starting-up and adjustment, the cost of engineering. We also estimate the necessary area of a production space.

The next stage is process plan development. First, process flowsheet is finally agreed. Also equipment arrangement is agreed with the Client and civil construction company, Requirements on civil engineering are given to civil construction company, drawings of tanks and specification of main process equipment are worked out, design of pipelines, electric circuits, automation equipment is carried out.

We also offer automated systems. These systems allow to control the quality of the product, follow ingredients input as well as control functioning of equipment in real-time. All this makes it possible to keep track of production and control it. In case of emergency it allows to take measures quickly to preserve the product and to prevent breakdown of process equipment.
