Our company’s priority is to supply high-end equipment for wineries applying up-to-date food industry achievements. Materials for tanks manufacturing: stainless steel AISI 304, 316L, 321 analogues of 12Х18Н10Т, 03Х12Н14М2, 08Х18Н10Т steel. Tanks assembly is carried out applying high-producing complexes of tanks stacking flow assembly that are produced by Imcar (Italy). Bottoms are manufactured on BOLDRINI machines (Germany) by cold forming method and overlaying with further polishing up to Ra roughness not exceeding 0,2 micrometer. Automatic argon-arc and plasma-arc welding stands manufactured by ESAB (Sweden) allow getting the high quality of weld seam as it is very important for large tanks which operate over pressured and need to be seam face-grinded and finished. Cooling jackets are manufactured using German equipment by ‘of sheet’ profile forming method. Simultaneously the profile is welded to the equipment. In order to increase the operation life and to get perfect design of tanks, which are produced by our company, we have placed in operation mechanized section for finished goods and work pieces pickling and passivation. Quality control includes all necessary chemical analyses as well as mechanical, metallographical tests, radiographic and ultrasonic control. For wineries we offer:
