Equipment for Production of Dairy Products

Vessels for Storage of Feedstock and Whey

Feedstock vessels with a volume up to 200 m3: vertical and horizontal.
Purpose: storage, recovery and normalization of milk, storage of whey.
Design: for indoor and outdoor installation.
Accessories:
- propeller and jet mixing devices
- set of sensors in the hygienic design
- sampling valve in the hygienic design
- CIP system for cleaning the internal surface of the vessel and the mixing device
- air breather with electrical heating


Vessels for Milk Processing:

  • Vessels for Milk Processing:
  • Purpose: fermentation of cultured milk foods, preparation of production ferment, aging of cream.
    Design: for operation at atmospheric pressure and excess pressure of sterile air (in «ultraclean» lines).
    Accessories:
    - frame-blade, anchor and asymmetrically arranged UZ-blade mixing devices
    - set of sensors in aseptic design
    - sampling membrane valve in aseptic design
    - system of safety valves (three-valve), effectively protecting the vessel from evacuation due to thermal shock (for the design «ultraclean»)
    - CIP system for cleaning the internal surface of the vessel and the mixing device

  • Buffer and mixing vessels with a volume up to 30 m3
  • Purpose: recovery and normalization of milk, preparation of milk and vegetable mixtures, intermediate storage of cultured milk foods
    Design: for operation at atmospheric pressure and excess pressure of sterile air (in «ultraclean» lines)
    Accessories:
    - propeller mixing devices and mixing turbines
    - set of sensors in the hygienic /aseptic design
    - sampling valve in the hygienic/aseptical design
    - safety valves system
    - CIP system for cleaning the internal surface of the vessel and the mixing device

  • Auxiliary vessels with a volume up to 50 m3
  • Purpose: solution storage in CIP stations, operation in other process lines
    Design and accessories: in accordance with the technology of production of a certain product


Vessels of Long-Term Storage of Sterilized Product (Steritanks)

Steritanks with a volume up to 30 m3

Purpose: long-term storage of sterilized and pasteurized products before bottling
Design: all parts in contact with the product are made of molybdenum-titanium austenitic steel AISI 316 Ti, the internal surface roughness does not exceed 0.3 μm (Ra)
Accessories:
- mixing devices with magnetic drive or steam valve
- set of sensors in aseptic design
- safety valve system that effectively protects the vessel from evacuation due to thermal shock
- heat exchange system
- heat insulation

 

 


Equipment for milk thermal processing in a stream

Pasteurizing-cooling plants with a capacity of up to 25 m3 / h
Purpose: thermal processing of milk and dairy products in a stream
Design: on the basis of plate and shell-and-tube heat exchangers







Automatic CIP stations

Automatic CIP stations with a capacity up to 45 m3 / h
Purpose: washing and chemical disinfection of process equipment, pipelines, tanks, heat exchangers, milk tanker
Design: modular (on a single frame, assembled) and stationary (installation in the Customer’s shop

Functional operations:
- rinsing with cold water
- rinsing with warm water
- circulation washing with an alkaline detergent solution
- rinsing with hot water
- circulation washing with acid detergent solution
- rinsing with hot water
- sterilization with hot water or disinfectant solution
- displacement of washing solutions and water by air

Complete set:
- the number of vessels for storage of washing solutions and water is selected depending on the requirements of production; the station can include from 3 to 6 vessels (cold water, hot water, acidic washing solution, alkaline washing solution, a vessel for collecting rinsing water, a vessel for neutralizing washing solutions)
- The station can include from 1 to 3 independently operating washing circuits; each washing circuit is equipped with a pump with frequency feed control, a heater for detergent solutions (plate or shell-and-tube heat exchanger), electromagnetic flowmeter, a set of valves with pneumatic actuators, a system of displacement of water and solutions by air
- automatic dosing system for concentrated washing and disinfecting solutions (containers for concentrates, dosing pumps, set of piping)
- water disinfection unit
- energy-saving system (thermal recovery)
- system for diagnosing emergency situations, sound and light warning, identification of failed station units
- color graphic touch-sensitive panel (STN, VGA) or a computer
- the control system is based on industrial controllers «SIMATIC» and «TSX Micro»

Line for the production of curd coagulant:

The line for the production of curd coagulant with a capacity up to 1500 kg of coagulant per day
Purpose: production of traditional curd coagulant with a mass fraction of fat content of 1%, 5%, 9%
Design: stationary (installation in the Customer’s shop)
Functional operations:
- collection of initial milk in automatic mode (record by means of a flowmeter);
- heating of initial milk to the ripening temperature;
- adding the starter and mixing the ripened mixture;
- milk ripening;
- cutting / mixing of a clod;
- heat treatment of a clod according to the given program in automatic mode;
- clod dehydration;
- delicate pendulum agitation of coagulant;
- supply of coagulant to PFCs;
- CIP of coagulators and mains.
Complete set:
- line from single or paired horizontal coagulation tanks;
- automatic control cabinet of the line;
- set of sensors and flowmeters;
- pneumatic control cabinet for control valves;
- lines for feeding initial milk, coagulant, drainage of whey, CIP;
- flow distribution panels;
- centrifugal pumps on milk and whey lines, membrane pump on the coagulant line;
- set of controlled valves.
