Over recent years we have modernized our production, installed high-producing machining stations (produced in Germany, Italy, Holland, South Korea, Taiwan) as well as created bays for pattern cutting, assembly and welding of equipment. We have everything needed for manufacture of high-quality and reliable product.

Mechanical treatment bay allows to produce high-speed treatment applying high-speed machining centers with CNC, turning and milling centers (Hartford, Doosan PUf 400М, Doosan PUMA 2500 LY, Skoda).

Scope:

• tube plates with 4 m diameter treatment
• basic parts and apparatus assembled treatment (diameter up to 4 m, length up to 16 m)

Specialized production of bottoms, including thermal cutting complex, plasma-welding stands (length up to 7 m), cold forming presses and flanging machines, grinding machines for a diameter up to 5 m.

Blank section with equipment for complex cutting of material (Boschert, Messer, КОМЕТА, STAKO).

Hydroabrasive cutting machine cuts sheet material setting any complicated cut profile with any rounded radiuses. Cut width is only 1 mm.

Three-roller sheet bending machine with a possibility of cold sheet bending, thickness is up to 65 mm, roller length is 4500 mm, rolled shells diameter is from 1000 up to 6500 mm.

Automatic stands for welding apparatus bodies and cooling jackets in shielding gas medium and under flux.

Line for manufacturing apparatus bodies of stainless steel in a vertical position with a diameter up to 5 m, thickness up to 8 mm

Equipment for heat treatment of items and their parts (furnaces)

Chemical treatment section for pickling apparatus surfaces and waste neutralization (the equipment and technology is supplied by Avesta Welding, Sweden)

Chamber for shot blasting of apparatus parts, dimension 5x10x5 m.

Stands for hydraulic test with pressure up to 200 bar.
