The All-Russian career guidance campaign «Week without turnstiles» was held in the region from April 12 to 16 under the auspices of the Union of Machine Engineers of Russia. JSC ZAVKOM has been participating in the campaign for the third year in a row: the students were given excursions to the production facility and the plant history museum within the week. This time, the plant was visited by students of the Tambov State Technical University, the College of Industrial Technologies and students of the Streletskaya Secondary School. The participants had the chance to see the work of the enterprise «from the inside» and get information about which professions are most in demand on the labor market.

The campaign «Week without turnstiles» is aimed at increasing the interest of young people in engineering and technical specialties, forming a system of early career guidance, and increasing the human resources potential of the mechanical engineering industry.

Following the meeting, the students noted that visiting the plant was a very important experience for them, since many plan to work in the production in the future. During the excursions, the participants of not only learned about the main areas of activity of JSC ZAVKOM and experienced modern equipment and the manufacturing process, but also had the opportunity to assess the prospects for further employment. After the excursion, the employees of JSC ZAVKOM answered all the most interesting questions of the students.
